We visit residents at The Botanic for an hour at a time, weekly, fortnightly, or simply when it suits. The hour is yours to direct: a clean through the unit, the laundry dealt with, or company and a hand with the jobs that have got harder.
We use the Sutter Zero Natural Force range, a professional plant-based line chosen because it is gentle in homes where strong cleaning products are unwelcome, which matters more as people get older and more sensitive to them.
Silverdale is a few minutes from our Gulf Harbour base, so we can be flexible about timing and quick to rearrange if your week changes.
What an hour usually covers
There is no fixed checklist. This is simply what an hour tends to stretch to in a village unit, and you decide the priorities.
- A clean through a one or two bedroom unit
- Kitchen and bathroom wiped down properly
- Vacuuming, mopping, and bed-making
- A load of washing put on, folded, and put away
- Company and a cup of tea if that is the part you have been missing
$65 per hour, plus GST. No minimum contract.
