The terms that apply when you book our services or use this website.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Cleaning Instyle LTD and to use of www.cleaninginstyle.co.nz. By booking a service or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these terms. They are governed by New Zealand law.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes provided through this site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed after a free on-site assessment for larger jobs (deep cleans, end-of-tenancy, commercial, and senior packages). A booking is only confirmed once we reply to confirm date, time, and price.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, and to let us know in advance about pets, alarm systems, fragile items, or any hazards. We reserve the right to leave site if access is unsafe; a call-out fee may apply.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date by direct bank transfer. Recurring services may be invoiced after each visit or on a monthly cycle. Late payments may attract a reasonable late-payment fee and recovery costs in line with the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the quoted job price to cover scheduled time. No-access visits where we arrive but cannot begin work may be charged in full.
6. Our service guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of a clean, please tell us within 24 hours of the visit. We will return to fix the issue at no additional charge. Our services come with the guarantees set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be excluded.
7. Liability
We carry public-liability insurance and our team is police-vetted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the price paid for that service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear and tear, or loss of items not disclosed before the visit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
8. Use of this website
Content on this website (text, images, branding) is owned by Cleaning Instyle LTD or used with permission. You may view, share, and link to it for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent. You agree not to use the contact or quote forms to send spam, malicious links, or attempt to disrupt the site.
9. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you book. Significant changes will be highlighted.
