Answer: Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for both pets and children. Our products effectively clean and disinfect surfaces without leaving harmful residues.

 

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

 

Answer: No, it is not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Our professional cleaners can work around your schedule. If you choose not to be home, we need a method to access your house, such as a key or a code.

 

How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning?

Can I request the same cleaner each time?

 

Answer: Yes. Once your cleaning is scheduled, you will have a team of the same cleaners. Unless there is any change, we will notify you.

 

What should I do before the cleaner arrives?

 

Answer: We recommend that you declutter your space as much as possible. This allows our cleaners to focus more on cleaning the surfaces and less on tidying up.

 

How can I book a cleaning appointment?

 

Answer: You can book an appointment through our website, by phone, or via email. We offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy lifestyle.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

More than 48 Hours Notice: No cancellation fee.

24 Hours Notice: Cancellation incurs a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellation incurs a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

For regular clients, please provide 7 days' notice for permanent cancellation. Otherwise, a fee of 50% will apply.
