  • What are your service charges?
    Our charges depend on your home's size and the services you choose. Regular cleaning is $50 + GST per hour, while deep cleaning, exit cleaning, and one-off services are $60 + GST per hour. For a detailed quote, please contact us.
  • Is it necessary for me to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you don't need to be home during the cleaning. Our professional cleaners can work around your schedule. If you're not home, we'll need a way to access your house, like a key or code. Rest assured, all our team members are thoroughly vetted and trustworthy.
  • How should I prepare before the cleaner arrives?
    We recommend minimising clutter in your space. This allows our cleaners to focus on cleaning surfaces rather than organising items.
  • Can I request the same cleaner each time?
    Absolutely. After scheduling your cleaning, you'll have a consistent team of cleaners. We will inform you if there are any changes.
  • How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning?
    Our cleaners are dedicated professionals who use a detailed checklist to guarantee a thorough cleaning experience. We also perform regular quality checks and happily welcome client feedback so we can keep enhancing our services.
  • How often should I have my home cleaned?
    How often you need cleaning really depends on your lifestyle, the size of your household, and what works best for you. We're here to help with a range of options, offering weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning services to suit your unique needs!
  • What is your policy if something is damaged during cleaning?
    While it's uncommon, should any item get accidentally damaged during our cleaning service, we have a policy to either repair or replace it. Additionally, we carry public liability insurance.
  • Are your cleaning products pet and child-friendly?
    Yes, our cleaning products are eco-friendly and non-toxic, making them safe for pets and children. They effectively clean and disinfect without leaving harmful residues. Made in Italy, our products use natural ingredients like potatoes and corn, ensuring safety for both the environment and your family.
  • Do you provide your cleaning products and equipment?
    Yes, we supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment, including a professional backpack vacuum cleaner , mop buckets ,dusters, high-quality cleaning products, and microfiber cleaning cloths. We also maintain all our products daily and clean and sanitise the microfiber cloths regularly.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellation incurs a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. Last-minute notice on the cleaning day: Cancellation incurs a fee of 50%. For regular clients, please provide 14 days' notice for permanent cancellation. Otherwise, a fee of 50% will apply.
