Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
Answer: Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for both pets and children. Our products effectively clean and disinfect surfaces without leaving harmful residues.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Answer: No, it is not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning. Our professional cleaners can work around your schedule. If you choose not to be home, we need a method to access your house, such as a key or a code.
How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning?
Answer: Our cleaners are trained professionals who follow a comprehensive checklist to ensure thorough cleaning. We also conduct regular quality checks and solicit feedback from our clients to improve our services continuously.
What is your policy if something is damaged during cleaning?
Answer: Although rare, if something is accidentally damaged during our cleaning service, we have a policy in place to repair or replace the item. We have public liability insurance in place.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
Answer: The frequency of cleaning depends on your lifestyle, household size, and personal preferences. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning services to accommodate different needs.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Answer: Yes. Once your cleaning is scheduled, you will have a team of the same cleaners. Unless there is any change, we will notify you.
What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
Answer: We recommend that you declutter your space as much as possible. This allows our cleaners to focus more on cleaning the surfaces and less on tidying up.
How can I book a cleaning appointment?
Answer: You can book an appointment through our website, by phone, or via email. We offer flexible scheduling to fit your busy lifestyle.
​Cancellation Policy:
- More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellation incurs a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost.
- Last-minute notice on the day of cleaning: Cancellation incurs a fee of 50%.
For regular clients, please provide 14 days' notice for permanent cancellation. Otherwise, a fee of 50% will apply.
