Village living takes care of the big things: the grounds, the building, the maintenance. What it does not always cover is the inside of your own unit, and that is where we come in. Our helpers visit residents at Hibiscus Coast Village for an hour at a time, as often or as rarely as suits you.
Because we already visit this village, your helper is not starting from scratch each time. They know the layout of the units, where the visitor parking is, and how to sign in properly at reception. That means more of your hour goes on your home and less on logistics.
You get the same familiar helper each visit. If they are away, we send a colleague who has been briefed rather than leaving you without support, which is the practical difference between a team and a sole operator.
What an hour usually covers
There is no fixed checklist. This is simply what an hour tends to stretch to in a village unit, and you decide the priorities.
- A clean through a one or two bedroom unit
- Kitchen and bathroom wiped down properly
- Vacuuming, mopping, and bed-making
- A load of washing put on, folded, and put away
- Company and a cup of tea if that is the part you have been missing
$65 per hour, plus GST. No minimum contract.
