Common questions
How does the 1-hour visit work?
Your dedicated helper arrives at a regular scheduled time each week. Together you decide what to focus on that visit. Some weeks you might want a full clean, other weeks you might prefer help with laundry and a chat. The hour is yours to use however suits you best.
What if my unit is larger than 1-2 bedrooms?
The standard hour comfortably covers a 1-2 bedroom unit with one bathroom. If your unit is larger, you simply choose which areas or tasks to prioritise during the visit, or you can book additional visits.
Can I book more than one visit per week?
Absolutely. Many residents book multiple visits per week, each on a different day. This works well for larger units, residents who want more companionship, or anyone who prefers shorter, more frequent sessions. Each visit is 1 hour at $65 +GST. Just select your preferred days when you request a quote.
Can multiple residents in the same village book?
Absolutely. Our helpers work across multiple units in the same village, which is how we keep the hourly rate lower. The more residents who book, the more efficient the scheduling and the stronger the relationship your helper builds with the village community.

No. Our team provides household help and companionship only. We are not a medical, nursing, or qualified personal care service. For medical needs, please consult a registered home care provider.
How do I get started?
