Service Description

Exit cleaning. Also known as end-of-tenancy or move-out cleaning. Is a comprehensive cleaning process undertaken by tenants before vacating a rental property to ensure it is restored to its original condition. The following outlines what is included in this cleaning package. Kitchen: • Wiping and sanitising all benches and tables • Scrubbing and rinsing the sink • Cleaning all kitchen cupboards (inside and outside) • Cleaning appliance exteriors (e.g. dishwasher, microwave, toaster) • Performing a thorough oven clean • Cleaning the inside of the fridge • Scrubbing and wiping the cooktop Bathrooms: • Cleaning and disinfecting the sink, toilet, shower, and bath • Cleaning mirrors and reflective surfaces • Wiping and sanitising surfaces throughout • Cleaning inside bathroom cabinets • Vacuuming and mopping the floor • Cleaning interior doors • Spot-cleaning walls to remove minor marks (if required) • Removing cobwebs Living Areas and Bedrooms: • Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including furniture • Cleaning and polishing light fixtures, sockets, and switches • Spot-cleaning marks on walls • Vacuuming carpets and/or sweeping and mopping hard floors • Cleaning windows, including frames and sills General Tasks: • Dusting skirting boards and shelves • Wiping door frames and handles • High dusting to remove cobwebs • Cleaning entrance doors Outdoor Areas: • Tidying and sweeping patios, balconies, and garages Booking Details: • The minimum booking time for a deep clean is four hours • Additional time may be required after evaluating the scope of work.
