Custom Area Clean
You choose the areas, we clean them
Don't need the whole house cleaned? Choose only the areas that matter most. Select rooms, rate their condition, and we'll estimate the time. Perfect for large homes where you only want specific spaces freshened up.
About this service
Not every visit needs to cover the entire house. Our Custom Area Clean lets you handpick the rooms and spaces that need attention - whether it's two bathrooms and the kitchen, or a single living area that's overdue for a deep refresh.
Use our interactive area selector to build your cleaning session. Each area comes with a time estimate based on its current condition: a regularly maintained bathroom might take 30 minutes, while one that hasn't been cleaned in a while could take an hour. You control the scope and the budget.
This package is ideal for large homes where a full clean isn't needed every visit, for clients who maintain some areas themselves, or for anyone who wants targeted cleaning on a specific budget. Minimum booking is 2 hours plus GST.
Ideal for
- Large homes needing partial cleans
- Clients who maintain some areas themselves
- Budget-conscious targeted cleaning
- Specific rooms needing extra attention

How we price your clean
This custom clean
$65/hr +GST
A custom area clean is a one-off job, charged at our standalone rate.
Ongoing regular cleans
$55/hr +GST
On a regular weekly, fortnightly or monthly arrangement everything is this lower rate, the first clean included. It simply takes more hours.
Indicative estimate only
- Final pricing is confirmed either at a free on-site visit, if you would like one, or on the first clean itself. Custom tasks are estimated at ~15m average each, so actual time may vary.
- If any changes arise during the cleaning process, we will always notify you before proceeding.
