The 5-Hour Ultimate Support is our flagship personal helper service, the package clients book when one short visit isn't enough and they want everything handled in a single, well-paced session. It's designed for busy families juggling work and kids, households recovering from illness or surgery, and senior clients who rely on consistent, familiar support to stay independent at home.
The five hours are genuinely productive. Your helper arrives with a plan agreed ahead of time and works through a full-spectrum routine: whole-home light cleaning of kitchen, living areas, and up to two bathrooms; vacuuming and mopping throughout; and careful attention to the high-touch surfaces that matter most.
Beyond the clean, this package covers the home-management tasks that usually pile up during a busy week. Up to three loads of laundry are washed, dried, folded, and put away. We iron 8-15 items, change and remake beds with fresh linen, empty every bin, water indoor plants, and take care of light pantry or fridge organisation so nothing expires quietly at the back.
Friendly, practical support is woven throughout the visit. For senior clients that means gentle reminders, light assistance around the home, help with paperwork or mail, and, importantly, real companionship from the same trusted face every week. Please note: our team provides basic household help and companionship, not qualified medical or personal care. For busy parents it means coming home to a calm, organised house instead of a weekend list.
You'll see the same personal helper each visit, fully vetted and trained. Most clients book weekly or fortnightly, and the five hours can be scheduled as a single session or split across two visits in the same week if that suits your routine better.
